LaRonda has been in the hairstyling business for over 15 years and specializes in natural styles and braids, but she is truly a stylist of all styles and maintaining healthy hair no matter what the style is. She just launched her own line of hair products called Smooth and Healthy Crowns that includes edge control, shampoo and conditioner. She loves this profession because "it was a god given talent for me and I enjoy making others feel good and have confidence in their Crowns(hair)."

When asked about being a business owner, LaRonda said, "Me owning my own business at Metro is a blessing and a big step for me. Waking up knowing that I have a business to run feels amazing. Having your own space is just amazing it self. Metro is the best and I love the way everyone gets along and make you feel welcome. My clients love that we can have one on one time with each other. They love the fact that it is private and closed in."
