It is our hope this finds everyone in good health. Even though we can’t shake your hand or give you a hug (only temporarily!), we are excited we are to welcome you back to our salons! At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we temporarily closed and took steps to put in place extra safety measures to protect both our clients and staff based on all the recommendations of the CDC, infectious disease experts, and the St. Louis County Health Department to do our part and assist our community in flattening the curve.

We’ve put thoughtful care into making sure each of our salons’ environments are safe and sanitized for you and our stylists. Our individualized studios allow for much more separation than the minimum 6 foot social distancing requirements and the occupancy restrictions placed by St. Louis County. In addition, we adjusted our operating hours and rescheduled our staff to ensure they will continue to have ample time to provide the services you’ve come to love and expect. We do ask that you maintain appropriate social distancing (at least 6 feet) from other customers and other stylists during your visit. 

To ensure you know what to expect during your visit to the salon, please review the below information regarding safety and guidelines that will be in place during this time. Thank you so much for the love and support you have given us during these uncertain times.

All team members have been re-trained on proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.

All beauty professionals, staff, and clients are required to wear a CDC-recommended face mask that covers the nose and mouth.

All clients will be temperature-screened upon arrival.

Beauty professionals will wash their hands frequently, as well as before and after each client service.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at high-traffic areas and at each styling station for both clients and staff to use.

Each client will receive a freshly washed and dried cape before any services begin.

Stations, chairs and shampoo units will be disinfected between all services.

All beauty professionals and support staff will perform a symptom check and have their temperature monitored prior to beginning their workday. Anyone with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath will remain home for 14 days after being symptom-free or cleared by a healthcare provider.

Clients are asked to remain at home when presenting with symptoms and/or fever. Please call the salon to notify us of your situation and to reschedule.
Prior to opening each day, each suite as well as all common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to city, county, state, and federal mandates.

Door knobs and other high-touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently.

Common areas will be free of magazines, coffee machines, and any other frequently handled items. Our self-serve drink stations will be discontinued during this time. Beauty professionals will not be offering beverages or snacks.

While we encourage using contactless payment whenever possible, other payment terminals will be wiped and sanitized after each use.

For the health and well-being of our communities, please know that any beauty professional presenting symptoms will stay home from work for 14 days. Every attempt will be made to reschedule any clients affected by such a situation in accordance with their wishes.

What to Expect When Arriving at Our Salons

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment

Please text or call your stylist, manicurist, or esthetician to let them know you have arrived. They will greet you at the door and perform a temperature check.

Please wear a mask that fully covers your mouth and nose.
