It is our hope this finds everyone in good health. We wanted to let you know that we have updated our COVID-19 protocols following guidance from St. Louis City, St. Louis County, and the CDC. While we are still encouraging responsible social distancing, our lobbies are open to clients waiting for their appointments (and you won't need to call to be let in anymore).

Due to the spread of the Delta variant, just a friendly reminder that masks are strongly encouraged in our salons’ common areas. Thank you for caring for our community!

Individual stylists may request masks or may ask clients to follow other safety protocols. We value the independence of our tenants and support the decisions they make regarding their Metro spaces.

Metro Design Studio Salons

All team members have been re-trained on proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.

Beauty professionals will wash their hands frequently, as well as before and after each client service.

Hand sanitizer will be provided at high-traffic areas and at each styling station for both clients and staff to use.

Each client will receive a freshly washed and dried cape before any services begin.

Stations, chairs and shampoo units will be disinfected between all services.

Clients are asked to remain at home when presenting with symptoms and/or fever. Please call the salon to notify us of your situation and to reschedule.
Prior to opening each day, each suite as well as all common areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

Door knobs and other high-touch surfaces will be disinfected frequently.

While we encourage using contactless payment whenever possible, other payment terminals will be wiped and sanitized after each use.
